--Another storm is on the way starting tonight and running through Sunday evening. [WBZ]
--One person died in a terrifying 8-alarm fire in downtown Gloucester last night. The fire also destroyed an apartment building and a synagogue. [Boston Globe, WCVB]

--A discussion is up at boston.com asking, "Have Bostonians gone soft?" when it comes to weather. One commenter wrote, "Damn yuppies." Another commenter followed up with, "I eat yuppies for breakfast." Tasty! [Boston.com]
--Maybe it's not the Bostonians who are soft. Maybe the people who run this place are soft in the head--at least according to City Councilors who want to improve the emergency response system. [Boston Herald]
--In positive storm news, the BPD helped a woman from Roxbury who went into labor while stuck in an ambulance during the storm. They helped push cars out of the way and got her to the hospital in time for the birth. [Boston Herald]
